We had a dreadful experience due to various inconveniences. The bed in our Queen Room was uncomfortably firm, making it difficult to sleep well at night. Additionally, the room lacked a microwave, which was frustrating when we wanted to heat our leftovers. The absence of a coffee bar is baffling. sometimes it's just too much hassle to make coffee in the room. Overall, I expected much more for the price we paid.

gorgeous panorama of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, I wished there was a hot tub to relax in after a long day. Overall, a great stay!

Clean room, updated amenities, the staff was pleasant and the views from the window were absolutely stunning, with the added convenience of laundry services and a fitness center nearby.

Highly recommend for family stays
The view from our room was amazing, seeing the sunrise over the mountains was worth every penny. Plus, the staff made us feel like royalty with their friendly service, really went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for the experience we had.
